If you are shopping early, and don't need your gift to be delivered in the next few days, choose our plan the delivery service as you check out. Just choose the date that the gift is required by, and we will delay posting out the box until just the right time. You can sit back and relax knowing it's all taken care of!

UK delivery will usually be within 3-5 working days from order. We will aim to process your order in a quicker time wherever possible.
Want to send gifts to more than one address? No problem! Just let us know in the notes section at the start of the check out process. You will only be able to provide one delivery address on the check out form, but if you have written it in the message box we will happily send each box wherever you like. Sadly, we cannot split boxes and send individual products to multiple addresses.
If your gift is urgent or for delivery by a specific date such as a birthday, please contact beth on email@example.com and we’ll do our best to help. We plan to offer additional delivery options as standard in the future.
If you want to send a parcel outside of the UK, contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look in to the options with you.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error we reserve the right to offer only partial or no refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was shipped directly to you as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
